The Heyday Farm Store at Lynwood Center hosted the Fort Ward Community Hall team on Sunday evening for a great in-store promotion.
The event featured sale of original artwork by local young artists, as well as Fort Ward T-shirts and other merchandise in Heyday’s newly expanded storefront.
Our youth board shared the Fort Ward Community Hall project with shoppers and passerby, while guitarist extraordinaire Alan Simcoe of Village Music provided live accompaniment throughout the evening.
The event raised more than $650 for the community hall project. Thank You to Deb Wadkins and the gang at Heyday Farm for this great cross-promotion!
